Refund Policy

Sessions can be refunded before the scheduled appointment, but a 29.99€ (Or the equivalent in your currency) cancellation fee is incurred. If a session isn’t rescheduled or cancelled before the scheduled appointment the session can no longer be refunded. For example, if it’s the 4th of May and you schedule a session for the 12th of May you can get a refund up until the 12th of May. If you miss your session on the 12th of May it is no longer refundable. If on the 8th of May you find out that you can’t make your session, or that you are no longer interested, you can simply reach out and get a refund. Whether you are eligible for a refund depends on when you sent the request, not when I receive it, so if you message me on the 11th asking for a refund, but I don’t see the message until the 12th, you will get a refund.

Sessions purchased in bulk are non-refundable if one of the sessions has been used up. If you purchase 3-sessions at once, and end up using one, you won’t be able to refund the remaining two. You can however hold onto them for use in the future, or give them away to friends and family.

Rescheduling

Sessions can only be rescheduled to a different time on the same day by default. If you schedule a session on the 12th at 4pm, you may only reschedule it to another time on the 12th. If you need to reschedule to another day you need to reach out in advance and pay a 29.99€ (Or the equivalent in your currency) rescheduling fee. Sessions cannot be rescheduled after the appointment.

Terms of Service

You are responsible for messaging ioStux at least 10 minutes before your session and no earlier than 3 hours before the session on Discord, letting him know that you are ready to take your session. If you fail to do this the session will be marked as “missed”, and a 29.99€ (Or the equivalent in your currency) rescheduling fee needs to be paid. (Being late to your sessions is fine, stuff happens, just keep in mind that I do not reach out to clients when their appointments are starting, it’s on you to remember the appointment and reach out so I can get everything set up).

All your data an personal information is handled with utmost confidentiality, and every interaction between me and you, the coachee, are completely private.
